  • Annotatr offers Free and Paid subscription plans.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed through our website, and pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring timely payment.
  • By purchasing a Paid plan, you agree to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the standard 14-day statutory cancellation period is waived.

4. Refund Policy

  • Paid plans include a 7-day refund window. Refund requests must be submitted via your account on the Annotatr website within 7 days of purchase.
  • Refunds are issued at Annotatr’s discretion, except where required by law for faulty or misrepresented digital content.

5. Data Collection and Storage

  • Annotatr collects personal data necessary for billing and account management.
  • Annotatr stores notes, screenshots, and related data in your WordPress database.
  • By using the Service, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described.

  • Annotatr may release updates to improve functionality or fix issues. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your WordPress site. We do not guarantee that updates will be compatible with all themes or plugins.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Annotatr.
  • The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the plugin will meet your requirements or be error-free.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
  • You may cancel your paid subscription at any time; your access will continue until the end of the billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
